Thanks for all the kind comments. Chris, I was sat on the beach and the Skua walked up and sat right by me. The image is not cropped and exif says I was at 173mm - so pretty close! I did get bombed by Skua in one place, as I walked close to some nests I'd not spotted - but this one was very relaxed.
